Catalyst Mail processes your email on your behalf. We store email content, metadata (sender, subject, timestamp), and agent-generated drafts in Cloudflare's edge infrastructure (D1 database, KV store). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Email content is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for summarization, triage, and draft generation. Workers AI processes data in-region and does not retain your content after inference. We do not use your email to train AI models.
We use passwordless magic-link authentication. No passwords are stored. Session tokens are opaque, stored in KV, and expire after 7 days. We never see or store your email provider credentials.
Your email data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can export or delete all your data at any time via Settings → Account. Deletion is irreversible.
Your data is stored in Cloudflare's global edge network. D1 databases are regional. Contact us for specific residency requirements.
Under GDPR/CCPA you have the right to: access your data, export your data, delete your data, and object to processing. Exercise these rights via the in-app export/delete tools or by emailing privacy@strategic-innovations.ai.
